Ubisoft’s live event, Ubisoft Forward, streamed live yesterday. And with it, a multitude of big name titles have been added to the ‘Coming Soon’  lineup. Ubisoft Forward is the French developers response to the cancellation of E3 earlier this year.

The live event took an in depth look at upcoming titles such as Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, Far Cry 6, the new futuristic battle royale Hyper Scape, Watch Dogs: Legion, and others. Here’s a recap of the jam packed Ubisoft Forward event.

Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla

Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla is a familiar take on an all new setting. You play as Eivor, a Viking chieftain. In response to political pressure and lack of resources, you lead your clan across oceans in search of prosperity in other lands. But that doesn’t always happen peacefully. You will find yourself fighting your way through places your clan may not be wanted, raiding villages and waterside settlements. An all new combat system allows for dual-wielding of any two weapons you wish. Customize your combat style the way you see fit.

Release date: November 17
Platform: Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC (Stadia, Epic Games Store, Uplay), Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5

Far Cry 6

Although the official announcement comes to no surprise, we are still excited to see the full announcement trailer featuring Giancarlo Esposito from AMC’s hit TV series Breaking Bad. Far Cry 6 takes place on the island city of Yara. The villain, Anton Castillo, promises to return the island nation of Yara back to its former prosperity while he grooms his son Diego to become the next El Presidente.

You play as Dani Rojas, helping stoke the fires of revolution through guerrilla warfare across the island, from verdant jungles to the urban streets of the capital city, Esperanza.
